Testosterone Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Testosterone Boosting Smoothie Recipe

You can get plenty of the nutrition you need to support your testosterone levels and balance estrogen in one delicious, satisfying smoothie each day.

So today I want to give you my favorite testosterone boosting smoothie recipe and share why it works so well.

It’s really easy to make. It tastes great. And it packs a man-boosting punch that I promise will make a noticeable difference.

Testosterone Boosting Smoothie Ingredients

Almond Milk

Personally, I like using vanilla almond milk for this recipe. And really, this is the base for our smoothie.

I prefer almond milk over regular milk because studies show that unless you go organic — most cows are fed ingredients that are high in estrogen. So when you drink milk from these cows, the estrogens from the milk impact your male hormones.

Almond Butter

When I choose almond butter, I go with organic almond butter. It’s not packed with a bunch of added sugar like Jiffy peanut butter and almond butters are.

Almonds contain high levels of the mineral, zinc. One of the main reasons men have lower testosterone levels today is because of a zinc deficiency that affects almost 50% of men. So by increasing your zinc intake through almond butter, you’ll stimulate higher testosterone production.

Sunflower Seeds

I love sunflower seeds. They’re great for you. Now, sunflower seed OIL is not good for your testosterone, just like many other cooking oils. But the seeds are real winners.

Sunflower seeds are high in B vitamins, zinc and magnesium — all of which help increase testosterone.

Frozen Mixed Berries

I love throwing frozen mixed berries into a smoothie because you don’t need to worry about going to the store and getting them fresh. It’s much more affordable. And it chills the smoothie, too.

The bag of mixed berries that I get have strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. Berries are packed with antioxidants that help to lower cortisol (stress hormone) levels in the body.

When cortisol levels are up, testosterone levels are down. And when cortisol levels are down, testosterone levels are up. So by packing this smoothie with antioxidant-rich berries, you’ll boost testosterone.

Banana

Not only do bananas make this testosterone boosting smoothie taste great, but bananas are also rich in an enzyme called bromelain, which has been shown in studies to increase testosterone.

Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

This is an easy way to get a healthy dose of muscle-building protein into your day. You can use vanilla collagen or any other vanilla flavored protein powder you’d like as long as it isn’t a soy-based protein.

Having muscle on your body helps support fat loss and testosterone. So by getting more protein in your diet you’ll help your body and performance on both those fronts.

TestoGreens

TestoGreens is one of our supplements that’s fantastic for you. It’s a greens powder that’s packed with fruits, vegetables, herbs and fiber can support vigorous testosterone levels and help your liver metabolize estrogen so you can help flush the excess out of your system.*

Estrogen is a “fat holding” hormone, so having too much estrogen in your system (which can be common in men over 40), can make you flabby and make it really hard to lose fat.

The serving size is really small and it has a natural berry flavor, so it’s going to help this testosterone boosting smoothie taste great and work even better for boosting your manhood.*

There are so many ingredients inside TestoGreens that I can’t remember them off the top of my head. But you can go here to read all about them.

As you can see, this testosterone boosting smoothie recipe is really straight forward.

It contains just about everything your body needs — protein, carbs, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. Plus some of the ingredients inside TestoGreens helps combat excess estrogen.* Which is like the cherry on top.

You can have this smoothie as a meal or as a snack. This would make a great breakfast for anybody that’s on the go, too. Whip this up, stick it in a “roadie cup”, and take it on your drive to work. It’s that easy. You can also drink it post workout.
