World’s Best Carbs For Testosterone

World’s Best Carbs For Testosterone

Carbohydrates are crucial for healthy testosterone…

And in a growing carb-free society, that probably has most of us jumping for joy…

But not all carbs are created equally.

There are certain kinds of carbs that are more advantageous to your testosterone health than others…

In fact, there are some carbs that will downright damage your testosterone as well…

And even though I don’t want to focus on those types of carbohydrates in this article, I’ll mention them briefly here.

And to make it super simple, I’ll lump them all into one category…

Gluten.

Carbs with gluten are the kinds of carbs you want to stay away from.

So even though carbs are in, boxes of donuts, cookies, chips and the like are out.

Sugars full of gluten can stunt your testosterone growth and make you a catabolic cream puff if you aren’t careful.

And if you’re skeptical about the whole “gluten-free” concept, research has shown that a gluten-free diet is beneficial for testosterone health.

All of the carbohydrates I mention on this list are gluten-free…

And they’re the best carbohydrates you can eat in order to boost your testosterone.

They’re diverse, affordable, and they’re carbs so they taste great…

In my 97 Foods That Boost Testosterone E-book I go into great detail on what foods you can eat to make every meal a testosterone-boosting powerhouse.

Check it out to get the skinny on how to pack on muscle through your daily diet plan.

For now, I’ll mention a few of the carbohydrates on that list.

So here they are; the world’s best carbs for testosterone.

Pomegranate

Pomegranates have a rich history of making guys with poor testosterone become rich with testosterone…

And if plucking pomegranate seeds doesn’t sound like the way you want to spend a Sunday afternoon, opt for pomegranate juice instead.

Researchers from the Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, U.K. gave pomegranate juice to 22 men in order to study its effect on their testosterone levels…

After two weeks, the participants’ testosterone levels increased by an average of 24%.

8 oz. of pomegranate juice per day is enough to boost your testosterone levels between 16%-30%.

Potatoes

Any kind of potatoes (besides the fried kind at the fast-food joint) are beneficial to your testosterone levels.

They’re filling, packed with nutrients that help to bolster your testosterone levels, and inexpensive…

Plus, potatoes are diverse.

Fill your potato of choice with some grass-fed butter and blue cheese crumbles…

Put some hot sauce on it if you’re craving something spicy.

I like to have a sweet potato with lunch and an Idaho potato with dinner…

Different tastes…

Same great testosterone boosting content.

Raisins/Grapes

Raisins and grapes contain the antioxidant, resveratrol…

An antioxidant that helps increase testosterone levels.

They also contain boron, which is a rare but powerful testosterone booster, according to various studies.

So if you’ve found yourself referring to your gonads as grapes or raisins, start eating grapes and raisins to boost your testosterone and change that.

Greek Yogurt

If John Stamos hasn’t convinced you that Greek yogurt is a good way to go, then maybe this will…

Greek yogurt contains friendly gut bacteria which can have a promising impact on increasing testosterone levels.

In a study involving lab rats (whose DNA is very similar to ours) researchers found friendly bacteria increased the rats testosterone levels, luteinizing hormone levels, testicle size, sperm quality, and more.

A separate study found that the probiotic, Clostridium scindens, found in Greek yogurt can literally convert cortisol into androgens inside of your gut…

No wonder Stamos is still winning over all the ladies!

Blueberries

Blueberries are a great source of antioxidants…

Which help reduce oxidative stress levels…

Which is a big deal because oxidative stress is one of the main causes of spikes in your cortisol levels – your anti-testosterone levels if you will.

So simply eating blueberries as a snack can keep your cortisol levels from increasing and thereby keep your testosterone levels healthy.

Honey

Honey isn’t just for the bears…

It’s for you and me.

Honey is full of boron, which, as I mentioned earlier, is a major proponent of testosterone health.

Also, honey boosts nitric oxide production…

Which will make you harder in the bedroom.

The nitric oxide that honey contains opens blood vessels to make the blood flow in your erections stronger and thereby, your erections stronger.

So the bottom line is to have some honey and you’ll love your honey that much better.

Black Beans

Black beans are another prime carbohydrate in terms of its diversity…

Whether you’re craving Mexican food or breakfast for dinner, black beans are a tasty and testosterone-boosting carbohydrate option.

Black beans are full of zinc, a mineral that’s known to boost testosterone levels.

They also contain vitamin D, another testosterone-booster.

Pineapple

To finish off this list, we have pineapple…

Pineapple is rich in nutrients that increase testosterone levels.

Like black beans, pineapple contains a generous amount of zinc, a sought-after T-booster.

Also, pineapples are potent with magnesium…

Which is important in freeing up your testosterone from Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, a molecule that binds to your testosterone and makes it ineffective.

And the kinds of carbs that you consume matter as well.

As you’ve noticed throughout this list, you want to eat carbohydrates that are rich in vitamins and nutrients, some even filled with fiber and probiotics in order to get the best testosterone boost out of your side dish.
