So far so good. I do think the extra squirts at night help with sleep. I will say that I have received two bottles that the cap had come loose, and the product leaked out. New bottles were sent but there is definitely a quality control issue with packing and shipping.
Definitely feel a boost at the gym and will continue to use this the next few months.
